Readers

FDI multi technology readers provide solutions for a range of site applications. The Proxter and Panel Mount 125Khz readers are connected using just 3 wires. FDI readers can be used with FDI Passan networkable access systems.

The Proxter black slimline reader is IP65 rated and suitable for internal/external use whilst the Panel Mount reader has been designed to fit neatly behind a 40mm square panel aperture. 40mm is the industry standard for integrating a proximity reader within a door entry panel, separate flush or surface stainless steel reader housings are also available.

RF 433Mhz reader technology makes site administration easy with a One Key solution. Using the RF reader to allow gate or barrier access for vehicles, it's then possible to use the dual technology RF blipper as a standard proximity token to operate other FDI door readers.

Installing FDI proximity and RF readers integrates automation and door access into one simple control system ensuring site security. Passan offers the ability to simply add and delete RF and standard tokens from one system eliminating the management of both gate automation transmitters and proximity tokens on two separate systems.
